Frequently asked questions
about women's LEATHER JACKETS

Are Invictus leather jackets CE certified?
Yes. All Invictus women’s leather models are EN 17092 CE AA certified — the highest level of the standard for motorcycle garments. The shoulder and elbow protectors meet the EN 1621-1 standard and the back protector is included as standard. They are not fashion jackets with a motorcycle look — they are certified gear with Café Racer aesthetics.

It is one of the strong points of the Café Racer style: the Electra and the Olympia are jackets that work just as well over jeans around the city as over the rest of your gear out on the road. The leather and the vintage cut do not scream “motorcycle” — they scream style. It is gear that does not hang in the wardrobe on the days you do not ride.

The shoulder and elbow protectors sit in inner pockets, not stitched on top. The jacket’s outer silhouette does not change. The back protector is integrated into the back without showing through at the front. The result is a jacket with the clean profile of a normal leather jacket — with the difference that on the inside it is CE AA certified gear.
The Electra Red is the most Café Racer in the range: its aged leather and reddish colour make it the option with the most personality. The Electra Black has an equally Café Racer style but more understated and timeless. The Olympia is more of a classic jacket, very versatile for everyday motorcycle use.
Leather has less ventilation than textile, so the Electra and Olympia models are more oriented to spring, autumn and winter. For the warm months, if vintage style is the priority, the most breathable Invictus option for women is the textile jackets — check out the Diana and Lagertha models.
Leather does not have elasticity like textile, although the Invictus models include elastic on the sides to improve the fit to the figure. Measure the chest circumference and check the size guide. If in doubt between two sizes, the first exchange is free — risk-free.
The Invictus women’s leather jackets compete in protectors and finishes with brands like Segura, Furygan or Overlap, but at a noticeably lower price — between 210€ and 215€ versus the 300–500€ of those brands. The CE AA certification and EN 1621-1 protectors are equivalent. The difference is that Invictus is a Spanish brand with no middlemen.

The dye of aged leather may transfer some colour in the first weeks, especially with light clothing. This is normal on leathers treated with vintage finishes. It stabilises with use and with an application of colour-fixing cream for leather.
