Are Invictus leather jackets CE certified?
Yes. All Invictus leather models are certified to EN 17092 CE AA — the highest level of the standard for motorcycle garments. In addition, the shoulder and elbow protectors meet the EN 1621-1 standard. They are not style jackets with a motorcycle look — they are CE-certified gear with vintage styling.
Buffalo leather (Leonidas) has a thicker, rougher texture, with a more rustic feel and greater abrasion resistance. Bovine leather (Héctor, Eros, Cronos) is softer and finer, with a more polished finish. Both offer CE AA certified protection at 1.1-1.3 mm thickness. Buffalo is more technical; bovine is more elegant and comfortable from the very first wear.
The most authentically Café Racer style is that of the Dédalo Leather — its aged leather and short silhouette are the closest to the classic 60s look. The Héctor is also very Café Racer in black with the diamond pattern on the shoulders. The Eros leans more towards the brown scrambler/Café Racer style.
